For a new appointment, use the appointment request page for the confirmation and invoice steps. For a general enquiry, give your name and a brief outline of what you need. Ask how to send medical records before including detailed health information.
Online form submissions are not available on this website yet. Please use the email or telephone details above to contact the practice.
How do I change an existing appointment?
Email info@drstavy.com to cancel or rearrange. The published policy asks for at least 48 hours’ notice. For a Monday appointment, give notice by 2pm on Friday. Include enough information for the practice to identify your booking.
You can read the fees, payment and cancellation information before making a new request. If your question concerns an invoice or a prescription charge, mention that in your enquiry.
Where can I see Dr Stavy?
The current London locations are Great Portland Street and the Women’s Wellness Centre in Chelsea. Use the clinic location details and check the venue in your appointment confirmation before you travel. Remote consultations can also be discussed with the practice.
Is this an urgent-care contact?
This contact route is for practice and appointment enquiries. It is not an emergency service. For urgent help, use the NHS guidance on when to call 999; do not rely on an email enquiry for an emergency.
