If you have been feeling unwell for a long time and nobody has been able to tell you why, you are in the right place. Let’s find out what is really going on, together.
“A consultation should make room for the whole story.”
Dr Stavy, GMC 6092503I understand
You may have already seen several doctors, been told your blood tests are normal, or been advised that stress could be involved.
Feeling unwell when tests look reassuring is not the same as having nothing wrong. It means the next step should be thoughtful: review what has been checked, look for important gaps and avoid testing for testing’s sake.
How I can help

A little about me
I qualified in conventional medicine and have spent 20 years in practice. Along the way I learned something simple: people receive better care when somebody takes time to hear the whole story.
Tests only help when they answer a useful question. Treatment should have a clear reason. And when conventional care is the right route, that remains part of the plan.
This is a personal medical practice. You see one doctor, your history stays connected and follow-up is built around what happens next.
What to expect
Discuss the next step, its purpose and any additional costs before you decide.
Not just your symptoms. Your history, previous results, medicines, nutrition, sleep, stress and what matters to you.
Where clinically useful, we consider targeted investigations rather than a blanket panel of tests.
Written in plain language, with realistic priorities and follow-up around what changes first.
Conditions I help with
These are common reasons people seek a consultation. Not every symptom needs a specialist test, but every persistent concern deserves to be heard and assessed properly.
A useful starting point
Fatigue can have medical, sleep-related, psychological, medicine-related and lifestyle contributors. The first step is a structured review of the pattern, previous results and any red flags, without assuming one hidden cause.

A useful starting point
Bloating, bowel changes, reflux and food concerns can have many causes. A careful history and conventional medical assessment come first, with targeted testing only when it is likely to change the plan.
Ask about digestive concernsThis information is general. New, severe or rapidly worsening symptoms may require urgent assessment through your GP, NHS 111, A&E or 999 as appropriate.
A useful starting point
Hormone symptoms can overlap with sleep, stress, metabolic health and medicines. Assessment is individual, evidence-led and includes appropriate monitoring where treatment is considered.

Weight, glucose, insulin resistance, blood pressure and cardiovascular risk often need to be considered together. Care is medically supervised, realistic and free from weight stigma.

A useful starting point
Persistent symptoms deserve a careful review with honest evidence boundaries. Confirmed diagnoses, medicine safety and specialist care remain central, with supportive care integrated thoughtfully.

Sleep, stress and mood can affect physical health in both directions. Medical assessment should complement appropriate mental health care where needed, never replace it.

Clear from the beginning
No surprise panels and no assumption that every patient needs specialist testing. The purpose, likely value and cost should be clear before anything is ordered.
